WHAT IS IPV6 IN NETWORKING: DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IPV4 VS IPV6

WHAT IS IP Address : 

Full meaning of IP ADDRESS is - Internet Protocol .
when any user access internet with any device he got a unique address to identify the user 
if someone knows your ip he can access your all detail on internet or if any site is not working in your country then you can access the site to change your IP. 
So Today i'll tell you what is IPv4 and IPv6 

What is IPv4 :

This is 4th version of IP Address . this is 32-bit and it is divided by 4 parts and every part have 4-bits .
IPv4 no is present by decimals like - 193.166.263.10 this an IPv4 Version  .

  • This is develop on 1981
  • it has 12 header field
  • this is present by decimals and it is binary address 
  • it is not good for all mobile devices
There is 4 classes in IP 4 version :



What is IPV6 ? 


This is 6th version of IP Address called Internet protocol version 6 this is the updated version of IPv4 . it is more powerful version  and it has 128-bit  .
IPV6 is Developed by IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) Organization.
when internet users growth is gonna higher IETF  dovelped it . to protect internet and its users .
3dce:1840:425:3:209:f2f:fe21:17ck is an example of ipv6
this is doveloped on 1999 .
  • This is develop on 1999
  • it has 8 header field
  • this is present by Hexadecimal numbers and it is also binary address 
  • it is very good for all mobile devices .
